Registration: Each team consists of 2 players, and there are no gender restrictions. The tournament is divided into 4 divisions: A, B, C, and D. Each division will have a maximum of 8 teams. Teams will be ranked based on the combined ratings of the two players (ratings are based on OWTTA and TTCAN ratings; players without ratings should come to Harmony for evaluation).The OWTTA reserves the final decision-making right regarding team arrangements based on the registration details.
Division Criteria:
- Division A: Combined rating: >2000
- Division B: Combined rating: 1000-2000 (Individual rating must not exceed 1300)
- Division C: Combined rating: 600-1000 (Individual rating must not exceed 800)
- Division D: Combined rating: 200-600 (Individual rating must not exceed 400)
Match Format:
- Matches will start with 2v2 alternating singles. If the result is 4:0 or 3:1, the match ends. If the result is 2:2, a doubles match will determine the winner.
- Each division will have 2 groups and 4 teams per group. The group stage will be a round-robin format.
- Singles matches are best-of-5 games. Doubles matches are best-of-3 games.
- Ratings: The results of singles matches will count towards OWTTA rating system. Doubles match results will not.
Prizes:
- Division A: 1st Place $100 / 2nd Place $80 / 3rd Place $60
- Division B: 1st Place $80 / 2nd Place $60 / 3rd Place $40
- Division C: 1st Place $50 / 2nd Place $40 / 3rd Place $30
- Division D: 1st Place $40 / 2nd Place $30 / 3rd Place $20
